What is TeamCard?
TeamCard is a Stadium access system used to increase stadium security and information about the fans activity at the club.
TeamCard is also a loyalty card the fans can use to collect points for merchandise at the ITFC stores. You can then use these points to pay for merchandise and season tickets at ITFC. The idea of the loyalty scheme is to lower the cost of the fans football.
What happens if a card doesn’t allow access to the stadium?
A turnstile operator will immediately investigate any problems. If necessary the fan will be referred to the ticket office for further investigation.
What do fans do if they forget a card on a match day?
Simply visit the Ticket Office and they will disable the card for that match and issue a paper ticket. There is a £5 administration charge for this service.
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
A replacement can be arranged, telephone 0844 8011 555. A £10 administration fee will be payable.
Can tickets still be upgraded?
Yes, telephone 0844 8011 555 or visit the Ticket Office on a match day.
Are cards being used for cup matches?
Yes, there will be cup matches where cards can be used if you buy the same seat as you have for your season ticket. The club will advise when this is in effect.
Is an access card also a Gold membership card?
If you have purchased Gold Club membership then our system will identify the additional benefits.
How do non-season ticket holders get into the ground?
As currently, through the issue of paper tickets.
What points are ITFC Awarding?
ITFC are awarding points in Planet Blue to season ticket holders and members. All TeamCard holders are eligible for 5 points per full £1 they spend in store.
What is a point worth to a fan?
Each point is worth 1p. So 340 points equals £3.40
If I forget my card when shopping at Planet Blue can points be added later?
No, you need to bring your TeamCard as it has to be produced at the point of purchase to earn TeamCard points.
What can I buy with my points?
Points can be redeemed against all or part of any purchase of ITFC club merchandise or season tickets and club memberships. The minimum redemption value is £1. (NB Points cannot be used to purchase individual match tickets) Points can be used for part-payment of goods.
What is www.teamcard.co.uk?
This is the official TeamCard website where you can find special club offers – many of which are exclusive to TeamCard holders. Register your TeamCard at www.teamcard.co.uk, set up your account and view all TeamCard related activity, such as your points balance, TeamCard purchase history, match and event attendance, as well and tickets and entitlement not yet used.
What do I do if I lose my card?

How long do points remain valid?
TeamCard points remain valid until the following 31st December from the current season in which they were collected.
